Returns

We hope you love your print, but in case you don’t you can return any item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it.

To book your return:

1. Let us know by email: returns@lepinkfigaro.com.
2. Pack and send your order in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
3. Once received, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible! Please send a photo of the damage and the packaging your order was received in to orders@lepinkfigaro.com and we’ll get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
